2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our handcrafted notebooks, calendars, and notepads. However, since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These are not defects but characteristic of Impress Prints craftsmanship.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are processed on a prepaid basis only. We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment gateways before the order is processed.

4. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a 100% refundable and returnable policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only if valid photographic evidence of the issue is provided. If the provided evidence is deemed invalid or insufficient, the return/refund request will be rejected. In such cases, the admin will provide a reason for the rejection. If the customer still wishes to pursue the refund, they can re-apply with improved or additional evidence through their profile page. This re-application process is available multiple times to ensure fair resolution.
